The Plazzo Roma Hotel is gorgeous and the rooms are spacious. The staff is especially attentive to all your requests. The General Manager, Oliver, is exceptionally knowledgeable and friendly. Grazie to the staff for another wonderful stay.

This was one of the best hotels I have stayed at! It definitely deserves the 5 star it is! The location is unbeatable as it is just steps from the Trevi Fountain and the Pantheon. Oliver from the concierge was highly professional, helpful and friendly. He send a text every morning suggesting great places to visit outside of the main attractions Rome has to offer. It was a pleasure to see him! The hotel is beautiful all around and the breakfast that is included is the best breakfast I have ever had in my life! Top notch almost Michelin quality breakfast! I truly enjoyed my stay here and I would stay here again when visiting Rome 100%.

Palazzo Roma is an absolutely phenomenal property. The common spaces and rooms are nothing short of stunning. World class service from every member of the staff. The hotel not be more centrally located to all of the sights, making it very easy to get around Rome on foot. I look forward to my next stay here and highly recommend.

Everyone from the staff was super friendly and helpful. Hotel is a boutique hotel, so it is small and gives that warm feeling of “you matter” unlike some other (larger) chains. Beautiful hotel overall. Close to shops, dining, and even the TREVI fountain! Would definitely stay here again.
