Wow so easy!! Easy to check in. Easy to reach out to them and easy to store luggage. Room and bathroom looked brand new. Good location. Would stay here again.

Great for Solo

Great stay, the man on reception was amazing, very chatty and welcoming, room was nice, found it easy to get to places and very close to supermarket. Room is perfect size for solo travelling.

I had no idea this was a automated hotel but everything went surprising great. They have lockers in the lobby you can use to store your stuff and the rooms were great.

No customer service. AI intercedes in communication. No one calls you despite 5 requests. If you run out of toilet paper or the AC doesn’t work to bad for you. It’s a one night wonder. That’s it. We left early in frustration

When they say the are digital only - they are not kidding! I was a bit worried about getting the info for entry/room due to not having wi-fi once we landed, but luckily the info came thru while in an area that had it. Otherwise....? We were here for 3 days, and no one cleaned the room/made the bed during our stay. And for us, that was fine. Our room came with a frig stocked with 2 waters, 2 bottles of beer and 2 sodas - which was greatly appreciated. Also appreciated that there was an expresso machine in the room. Air conditioning too! On the last day, we checked our luggage in the lockers available in the lobby. We followed the directions, but once locked, couldn't open again. We texted on What's App and someone got a staff person to open our locker within 30 minutes. If you are not phone app savvy, this may not be the place for you. But if you are adept at navigating in this manner and are low maintenance, this will be perfect!

Was not made aware from Expedia this was a hotel with only online check-in. After many hours traveling, I arrived and followed the directions. I couldn’t get in the room . The hallway was extremely hot and I suffer from a severe medical condition. I continued to follow directions and the door wouldn’t open. They changed the security code and still didn’t work. I made a recording of it. They advised to go downstairs. I was sweating profusely. They said someone would be there. I waited a longtime. Then I noticed a young man in jeans speaking on the phone in Italian talking what sounded like a personal matter. After 15 minutes he said in English, “301”. That was my room number. He was kind and helped. However, the experience was not pleasant.

Positiv: Top-Lage und Service Das Hotel besticht durch seine schöne und saubere Erscheinung und seine ausgesprochen zentrale Lage, die für einen Städtetrip optimal ist. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das Personal: Die Mitarbeiter sind durchweg sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer sind sauber, ausreichend groß und ansehnlich. Kritikpunkt: Hohe Lärmempfindlichkeit Leider ist das Hotel sehr hellhörig. Dies beeinträchtigt die Schlafqualität deutlich. * Geräusche im Haus: Man hört Klospülungen anderer Gäste und vor allem morgens ein häufiges Auf- und Zuschlagen von Türen (sei es durch Personal oder andere Gäste). * Straßenlärm: Auch der Straßenlärm ist deutlich wahrnehmbar. Ein gemütliches Ausschlafen ist aufgrund dieser Lärmkulisse kaum möglich. Frühstücks-Situation Das Frühstück wird nicht im Hotel selbst, sondern in einem nahegelegenen Café (ca. 5 Minuten Fußweg) eingenommen. Es wird zwischen einem süßen oder einem deftigen Set gewählt: * Süße Option: Croissant oder Crêpe mit Marmelade / Nutella. * Deftige Option: Rührei oder Spiegelei mit Toast und Käse. Das Hotel ist trotz der Lärmproblematik für einen Städtetrip zu empfehlen, sofern man einen festen Schlaf hat und sich nicht leicht durch Umgebungsgeräusche stören lässt. Man profitiert von der exzellenten Lage und dem freundlichen Service.

Clea property with the necessary amenities. The room was a little small, but had the basics. I would class this more as an apartment than a proper hotel, just due to the lack of staff on site and everything sorted via the app or WhatsApp but the check-in was smooth and I had no issues. The property is in a good location in terms of the main attractions in Rome. It’s not too far to walk to the Pantheon, Spanish steps and Trevi Fountain. Also if you don’t mind a walk the Vatican was only half an hour away. Overall, would recommend if you just want a basic room.

Sehr kleines Zimmer, keinerlei Personal vor Ort. Schnelle Antwort auf Anfragen per WhatsApp. Dusche hat entweder eiskaltes oder brühend heißes Wasser. Auf den Balkonen gilt vollständiges Rauchverbot mit einer Strafe i.H.v 150€

BUG BITES

Avoid at all costs — woke up covered in bites and they backed out of their own refund offer. The room looked stylish online, but I woke up with multiple bites on my body and had no way to get real help — there’s no front desk or on-site staff, just a chatbot that’s useless in an actual emergency. After I reported it, Numa initially acknowledged the issue and offered a discount or refund. Then they completely backtracked and stopped responding. It was honestly shocking. I’ve never dealt with a hotel that handled a serious situation this poorly. This place is unhygienic, poorly managed, and completely unaccountable. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else. I would never book a Numa property again.

Var utan varmvatten i 3 dagar. Hotellet förklarade skälet till det men inte kul att betala nästan 7000kr för 4 nätter när varmvattnet inte funkar.. OCH jättedålig fart på vattnet dessutom. Fick till svars att det tyvärr inte går att laga.

The location is excellent! The property is new and very functional and the room was very clean! Check in and check out was straightforward. We could even leave our bags for few hours after check out. Only downside was that the walls are not well soundproofed. Highly recommend this place!!
