The property was everything that was described. Very close to the Spanish Steps and Trevi Fountain. No staff on site besides in the mornings for cleaning. Check in instructions were very easy.

This is a self service facility. There are no staff to help you in person. They communicate via WhatsApp. They texted me a PDF with a string of instructions and code to get in the building when you arrive. I wasn't expecting having to stand outside reading a pdf on my phone to figure out how to get in the building and the room. Specially after a long train ride and walk in 95 degree weather. The room and the building are nice though. Just don't expect any service.

The staff were friendly and reached out to us as it was self check in . There was a coffee shop nearby where we had a discount for breakfast . The location was convenient for walking everywhere .

Let me first saw, the bed linens were exceptional and we slept well. It is awkward checking in and getting lots of luggage to room. It is a good part of town and easy walking to restaurants

We have never stayed in a guest house before so this was unique. I loved how personal it was. Like you’re staying in someone’s best guest room. Roberto was so amazing! He contacted us before we arrived and let us know when the room was ready and then went the extra mile and reserved our taxi for our early morning drive to the airport when we were leaving. Super great customer service and really comfortable, clean place to stay. Close to a lot of the main attractions of Rome. Great place!

Kleine, zweckmĂ€ĂŸige Zimmer mit durchschnittlicher Ausstattung, Bett war etwas durchgelegen, sonst war alles in Ordnung. Das Hotel ist gut geeignet wenn man tagsĂŒber viel unterwegs ist und etwas sucht, wo man preiswert die Nacht verbringen kann, und dabei immer noch ein gewisses Maß an Komfort, aber auch keinen Luxus haben möchte. Lage ist in Ordnung, fußlĂ€ufig (ca. 15-20min) vom Roma Termini entfernt, einige Restaurants in der NĂ€he, fußlĂ€ufig sind‘s ca 30min bis zu den einschlĂ€gigen SehenswĂŒrdigkeiten. Check-In und Check-Out laufen vollkommen selbststĂ€ndig per SchlĂŒsselbox und waren sehr unkompliziert und angenehm, Interaktion mit dem Personal gibts daher nur zufĂ€llig oder wenn nötig. Die Rezeption ist die meiste Zeit unbesetzt, dafĂŒr gibts bei Anliegen eine WhatsApp-Nummer. Ich persönlich hatte keine Anliegen oder Fragen, sodass mich das nicht gestört hat.

Localisation impeccable, canapé à changer !

Localisation parfaite pour visiter le centre de Rome à pied et/ou en bus. Chambre spacieuse et propre. Le grand lit est trÚs confortable, en revanche le canapé-lit de la chambre familiale est inutilisable en l'état : vieux sommier métallique avec matelas tout fin, on a l'impression de dormir sur des fils de fer (finalement j'ai laissé le lit à ma femme et mes enfants et j'ai dormi par terre!). Nous l'avons signalé au gérant, d'ailleurs trÚs sympathique et à l'écoute. Une réduction dans un bar voisin pour un petit-déjeuner romain frais et délicieux. Et le plaisir d'ouvrir les volets le matin, d'apercevoir le parc de la Villa Borghese et d'avoir un instantané de vie romaine... Globalement un bon rapport qualité-prix, mais ce sera mieux quand ils auront remplacé le canapé-lit !
