Our 3 day stay was great and the room was so comfortable. We felt safe at this spot and the hostess was available by phone with answers to any question. Place is a good value, near the metro and we enjoyed nearby restaurants.

Self-Service Experience

Clean, comfortable, and modern, but everything is handled online through WhatsApp. Make sure you ask all questions in advance, as there is no staff on-site. Doors are opened via mobile phone, so don’t run out of battery!

When we arrived, we found it difficult to enter the premises. You need data to electronically open the door. It took us a while to figure out how to get in. It was assumed that every guest would have data to open the door. Out of 4 in the group, only I had data. We found this method of entering the premises too complicated. What happened to key boxes? Simple and effective. After travelling for many hours and not having had enough sleep, all we wanted was to get in and relax a bit. This self check-in method was stressful for the group. This bnb is in a great location. The room was nice albeit a bit cramped. There were four of us. My sister and I had the uncomfortable sofa bed and the other two had the big bed. I like the fact that we had an outdoor area. Breakfast was every carb you can think of. Coffee was good enough for me. They’re very strict with their breakfast schedule.

Getting access was a NIGHTMARE, when contacted the woman in charge she started YELLING at me that we were in the wrong place, we were not. I had to yell back at her to make her stop yelling at me, even after we got in the building, all was confusing. Out if 3 keys, the gate key wasn't working normally. We had to wiggle it too much to make it open it. The breakfast area was FULL of handwritten signs on letter size paper, in black marker ink, affixed with scotch tape. Messages were SO RUDE! like DO NOT HAVE LUNCH OR DINNER HERE, only breakfast! The room was terribly cold, the metal bed was noisy and the mattress was thin. She showed up the next morning, my husband discussed the problems we had and she IMMEDIATELY raised her voice at him, told him in his face that her place had no problems. I completely came to the conclusion that this atrocious woman was ABUSIVE, mafia style. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE.

Lite svårt med check in då vi kom efter stängning. Det kunde vara tydligare uppmärksamhet var man skulle gå in/ entrén. Sängen var skön men inredningen i rummet var lite sliten. Som svensk kände jag mig inget värd. Värdinnan pratade med andra besökare men inte oss. Det var enkelt att ta sig runt i Rom från boendet både buss och Metro-stationer ligger nära. Ett bra boende.

Førstehåndsindtrykket var ok. Hyggeligt og rent værelse. Det var dejligt at kunne anvende Gårdhaven. Dog var møbler, tørrestativ ødelagt samt beplantning ikke passet derudover er der vældig megen støj fra trafik fra vej & fly. Det gav alt i alt et indtryk at manglende Vedligehold. Der var rigeligt morgenmad og kage i køkkenet, hvis man er til langtidsholdbart & portionspakket brød og cereals. Brugte kun kaffemaskine, forsøgte at anvende appelsinpresseren, der ikke virkede. Dejligt lokalt område med gode restauranter. Nem transport til centrum - 2-3 stationer med metro. Havde desværre glemt at lægge citytax, trods jeg havde fået besked via WhatsApp. Efter en vred konversation (fra udlejers side) på WhatsApp, fik jeg accepteret at Beløbet kunne overføres via bank.

Vi havde tre nætter i april. Rossana var meget hjælpsom og svarede meget hurtigt på vores spørgsmål. Stedet lå lidt fra centrum, men vi gik frem og tilbage hver dag, så det var ingen problem. Kan fint anbefale stedet. Mvh. Rikke og Brian

Boendet ok. Rena rum men kallt och lyhört. På morgonen kan det vara stökigt ifrån köket om man har rummet nära det. Boendet ligger nära T banan och det finns caféer, matbutik och restauranger i närheten vilket är bra, men det ligger en ca 45 minuters promenad ifrån city. Enligt mig något komplicerat incheckning. Gå inte tom för batteri på telefonen för då kommer man inte in då dörren öppnas via internet och en app på telefonen. Personalen känns labil och jag fick en rejäl utskällning av värdinnan då jag inte gett en recension enligt hennes tyckande, vilket kändes obehagligt och tråkigt.

Jeg reiste en liten uke sammen med sønnen min i tenårene. Dette er en større leilighet i en bygning som er delt opp i tre utleiedeler/hotellrom. Det ligger nære linje B på metroen og det er bra. Også brukbart med matbutikk like ved og noen restauranter. Nettet fungerer bra. MEN - betjeningen er ikke trivelig. Vi ble bl.a. plaget med meldinger i kommando-stil med ikke vi kunne bruke sovesofaen i tillegg til dobbeltsenga ettersom vi ikke var fire gjester. Ganske utrolig. Slikt skaper dårlig stemning. Frokosten er bare å se bort fra. Jeg kommer ikke til å velge samme sted igjen. Mangelfull service får ikke gjestene til å komme tilbake.
