Ottimo hotel di tipo business.

Ottimo hotel di tipo business. Camere moderne e spaziose, bagni moderni e ristrutturati. Abbastanza silenzioso. L'albergo non ha parcheggio gratuito, ma ha una convenzione con un parcheggio a pagamento. Il parcheggio libero sulla strada puo' essere difficoltoso.

Non siamo stati bene

Abbiamo scelto questo hotel per la vicinanza ad un nostro punto di interesse proprio per riposare bene. Hotel discreto ma stanza fredda e difficilmente riscaldabile. Non abbiamo dormito per nulla bene. Bagno poco illuminato e doccia difficilmente regolabile ma buon set di cortesia. Abbiamo chiesto la sveglia ma hanno problemi con i telefoni (per carità ci può stare e poco male) ma la Tv che prende solo la Rai o poco altro dai no. Colazione così cosi.

“No go!“ im Badezimmer

Das Hotel wäre schon OK, geplagt hat uns der Geruch nach Kanalisation im Badzimmer, der auch nach mehrmaligem Hinweis nicht behoben werden konnte. Farbdesign ist ja Geschmackssache und somit äussere ich mich nicht dazu, aber Eiserne Stühle (wegen dem „The iron design Hotel“) zum Frühstück ist im Winter kein Hit. Ansonsten alles OK!

Un Hotel che non merita 4 stelle. Un bagno buio e senza luce sullo specchio. Farsi la barba e non tagliarsi è stata un impresa.Pulizia in generale scadente, angoli sporchi e così anche i corridoi comuni. Colazione appena sufficiente

44 bus into Marcello Theatre and historic centre stopped virtually outside. Late night flights may mean a 40 euro taxi journey from Fiumicino airport. 5 min walk to tram stop and other bus routes and about 40 mins on bus to Vatican or Marcello Theatre. Hotel is a converted school and in a mainly residential area so quiet at night. Would say 3 star rather than 4 stars but was good value and staff were polite.

Esperienza positiva ma con un paio di cose da rivedere; 1- colazione inizia alle 7 che risulta essere un po tardi se si è li per lavoro 2- segnalerei che,in zona è molto difficile trovare posteggio e quindi si dovrebbe prenotare oktre alla camera anche un posto garage.

La camere non era pulitissima. La temperatura della camere era eccessivo e come risposta alla mia segnalazione mi è stato detto che dipendeva dall'esposizione della camere e non potevano farci nulla. Il bagno era molto scomodo: doccia molto piccola e a terra (poco igenica a parer mio), lavandino piccolo, con poco spazio di appoggio. Arredo in generale e disegne molto fredo e poco accogliente. Colazione scarsa e servita nel bar dell'ingresso.

Not a 4 star hotel

Hotel v99 it is nice as a 2 star hotel. Evverithing had wear and tear or it was broken. Also they charge you 10 euro/night/dog and 6 euro surgiorno that they dont tell you about only after they take your money so you cant cancel. Location its not bad and staff was ok.

Cet hôtel bénéficie d'un bon rapport qualité prix. Mais il existe des problèmes d'odeur dans les salles de bain assez désagréable. on n'est pas loin de penser que l'on dort à coté d'une fosse septique. Ce problème est récurent malheureusement. C'est dommage sinon il n'y a rien à dire si l'on aime le coté austère des chambres. Personnellement cela n'est pas gênant. Petit déjeuner un peu chèr pour la prestation.

Overall a good experience. I only stayed for two nights since I was coming back from travelling Europe, but if you're looking to be close to Rome's main attractions this is a little far out. I saw quite a few buses though so it shouldn't be too difficult finding your way there, or even using Uber/Taxi. The hotel is super clean, extremely friendly staff. The breakfast was pretty decent- they have the basics, I enjoyed that they had lots of fruit too. My main issue I had with this hotel was that we were given a ground floor room that was near the lounge... Neither of us got any sleep as we heard noises the WHOLE night, not over exaggerating. I don't know what they we're doing but the only way I can describe it was that it sounded like things (maybe luggages?) were getting dragged and hitting the walls, really odd.

Hotel is very basic which is fine as it's just to sleep in however the room door wouldnt lock, the phone didn't work, the mini fridge was empty and had to speak to 3 members of staff to ensure we weren't charged for items that were missing. There was work going on in the hotel until about 10pm. We asked for someone to come and see about the door and the phone and were told it would be fixed but no one came. The location is good as it's just a bus or tram journey into city and there are local bakeries close by for breakfast and lovely restaurant 5 mins away for dinner/drinks. The problems with the hotel put a bit a slight downer to begin with but we just didn't spend much time there.
