The most personable and helpful staff I’ve ever experienced. Christina is a sweetheart! The rooms are clean and nice. They go way above and beyond to make you feel at home. Can’t recommend this place enough. It’s like staying with family but with more privacy.

The staff were incredibly welcoming and generous. The hotel is clean, safe, and perfectly located in the heart of the city, tucked away in a small alley across from Santa Maggiore Church. We were able to explore the city on foot with ease.

Cristina and Luciano went out of their way to make sure we were cared for. They always had snacks and water ready for us, and provided a wealth of knowledge about the city. Their kind hospitality is second to none! We highly reccomend staying here, and talking to the staff about all of the experiences that Rome has to offer.

The room is clean overall, AC is super great. Our room is being cleaned and towels were changed daily for 6 days! Kristina is super nice, accommodating and very hospitable. I enjoyed every conversation I had with her. She helped us navigate Rome on a daily basis. The hotel is centrally located-near the bus and walking distance to the train and subway stations. I liked it si much that it is walking distance to the Colosseum, Pantheon and The Forum. I actually recommend this hotel to our friends. We would definitely stay again at this place when we go back to Rome. We miss Kristina.

Cristina is AMAZING! she would go above and beyond for her customers. Room had a jacuzzi and it was very clean. Very well located, walkable distance to points of interest. You can request coffee, water, tea at any time and there are also snacks available. AC worked fine all stay and hot water as well.

The staff were amazing. It’s not a corporate hotel it is run by a family. You could come here with no idea what to do and they would be able to plan a whole itinerary the week, and be enthusiastic about do it. If I’m lucky enough to come back to Rome, I’m staying here again.

We absolutely loved this place! We have NEVER felt so welcomed and treated so special. From great site seeing recommendations (based on our duration in Rome) to coffee made for us in the morning with special treats, to a beautiful rose in our room after a wonderful, exhausting day, to an abundance of water to start the next day...we really cannot say enough about our experience, thanks to our gracious hosts. Our room was clean and beautiful with all the amenities and more (like helping us with our bags and arranging a cab to take us back to the airport). We will return someday to this welcoming space and reunite with our new host friends!

Had a lovely stay for three nights in this hotel in the middle of Roma, just a short walk from the train station. The hotel has a warm and familiar feel. The staff is very welcoming and attentive. Clean, spacious rooms. Only downside is our window was facing a busy street so can be a bit noisy, but I think this would be true almost everywhere in the area. Would absolutely recommend this hotel. The owner and her staff were incredibly kind and helpful. I enjoyed our conversations and their local knowledge. The location is excellent. It’s a very short walk to the Termini in one direction and the Colosseum in the other. The neighbourhood was lively but not too busy. Honestly, my best hotel stay in all of Italy. I’d stay here again.
