The hotel itself is clean and quiet. It is a little tired but the location is perfect for any Vatican City. The staff were excellent, spoke perfect English and very helpful. I had a room on the top floor and the only window was a velux on the very high roof, which was unreachable, which did make the room feel slightly dingy. However for the price and the location it is definitely worth the slightly outdated decorations

Room was decent, but we noticed lighting was a bit poor and the cleanliness of the room and tub was average. Hot tub had some dirt debris coming out from the jets and made us not want to use it at all. AC took awhile to cool the room too. Breakfast dining was great and so was the front desk service. Overall was okay but expected better for a 4 star hotel.

A very nice boutique hotel close to Lepanto subway station in Rome ( not far from The Vatican ) Comfortable room, clean, quiet, modern. Delicious breakfast ( and reasonably priced). Lovely and helpful staff.
