Son habitaciones muy básicas, pero cumplen con lo necesario. Al hacer check in te vuelven a cobrar en cash una tarifa de impuesto por hospedaje/turismo que ya habían cargado en la reserva inicial.

Hotel per chi non ha problemi di sonno.

Malgrado su Hotels.com fosse scritto che era presente l'aria condizionata in camera, il condizionatore non era operativo. Informata la reception mi è stato detto che si era rotta e avevano dotato la camera di un ventilatore. Io chiedevo la sostituzione con un'altra camera ma mi veniva detto che l'hotel era pieno. Mi veniva quindi corrisposto un rimborso di 5 euro per il disagio. Segnalo poi che non erano presenti tende oscuranti e le persiane sono del tipo aperto, quindi dalle 5 del mattino la stanza è illuminata a giorno.

No accommodations what so ever. Very uncomfortable. I’d definitely say this is one of the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Don’t expect anything at all. Location is the only thing good but still not the best location.

Gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Die Klimaanlage hat sehr gut funktioniert. Leicht problematisch war nur die Lage, denn wirklich ruhig war es nie, auch nachts nicht. Aber das ist wohl eher typisch für Rom.

Za taką cenę usługa jest OK. Blisko Termini i metra to wielki plus. Polecam. Wifi jest. Pokój w miarę duży. W pokoju suszarka, ręczniki, min zestaw: mydło, szampon. Brak czajnika i jakiegoś aneksu kuchennego (ale tego nie było w ofercie więc ok). Przy ulicy na której jest hotel są dwie restauracje więc można gdzieś blisko zjeść. Raz zabrakło prądu ale przy recepcji była pomoc i szybko udało się naprawić.

飛行機遅延で到着したのが夜の10時頃。 建物の入口ドアは閉まっていてレセプションまでたどり着けない。 たまたま宿泊者が入口ドアを開けてくれたので中に入れたが、疲れていた身には大変堪えた。 使い慣れないエレベーターで、やっと2階のレセプションまで行くが、ドアは閉まっておりベルを押しても誰も出てこない。 日本でSimを購入しており、通信環境があったのでSkypeを使用してオーナーに電話。 真向かいのドアの違うホテルのレセプションの人が出てきて対応してくれた。夜の時間帯はこっちのホテルの対応も担当しているそうで、この際に宿泊Taxを支払い。(この担当者はとても親切だった。) 天井が高いが特に部屋は問題なし。シャワーは他のレビューの通り水圧が弱い。(お湯は出たけど)シャワーヘッドも半分壊れて？いてヘッド穴の半分からは水が出ない。時間をかければ泡は落ちるので大丈夫。 チェックアウト後に荷物を預けたいと思い、前日にオーナーに11:00頃にレセプションに行く旨を伝えたが誰もいない。 オーナーに電話したところ、リネンの担当者(現地女性)が来てくれたが英語はダメだったのでGoogle 翻訳を使用しながら会話。 チェックイン時の担当者も出てきてくれて対応してくれたが荷物は午後1時までしか預かれないと説明されテルミニ駅近くの荷物を預かってくれるお店(1つ5ユーロ)を紹介してくれた。 店名：Hotel Agorà Roma　2階 (ホテルと書いてあったので疑心暗鬼だったが2階にちゃんとお店があった。) 立地的にはトレビの泉に近く、いろいろな観光地tにも行きやすいのでGood. 自分で通信環境を持っていて英語でコミュニケーションが取れない人はちょっと滞在は難しいかもしれない。 しかし、価格と立地は魅力的なので試す価値はあり。

受付が時間帯によって隣の宿に委託されているようで、料金を二重請求されかけました。また、チェックアウト後の荷物預かりサービスについては受付の人がいる時間帯に回収できない場合は断られます。 部屋はきれいで問題なく、真下にあるレストランはコスパ良しです。

Overall a nice stay

You get 3 door keys and it’s pretty secure and comfortable: elevator, AC and beds. It’s conveniently located close to trains and restaurants. I had a great time in Rome.

Ok - nothing special, bed not the best but doable

Nothing special..was a bit odd and the hotel had a creepy vibe but. Bed was very hard and not comfortable but all in all was ok for a night or two.

I wish I could see the homes of those who gave 5 stars to this place... On the plus side: Far enough from Termini not to be disturbed by creepy people and creepy salespeople and by smells of urine, but close enough to enjoy a large network of public transportation. Satisfactory room-cleaning and -tidying. On the minus side: Please, send in Gordon Ramsay, hurry!! Special thanks to the cleaning lady for throwing away my ear-plugs. Not a friendly building for persons with reduced mobility. Rooms are up on the 5th floor (6th in U.S. standards), with an old type of elevator, the type which won't work if users forget to shut manually all three doors, or won't bother. Many times, I had to walk all the way up to my room: fun when you're 20 years old and without a sprained ankle, deeply annoying otherwise. + I challenge a comment by “Carlo” on Jan 2, 2019: no, the wifi doesn't “work perfectly for everybody in the hotel”. Suggestion: Expedia should intoduce a rating about access for people with reduced mobility. On Aug 2nd, I even found out that a man who said he was the “proprietario” gave himself the right to immobilize the elevator for how long he wanted. I had to insist in order to have the incongruous right to use an elevator to go up 5 stairs, and I had xenophobic comments in return: such a nice place...

Vale a pena

Os quartos são melhores do que parecem nas fotos. É confortavel, bonitinho, o banheiro é bom, a localização é boa (é muito próximo da estação Termini, que tem um shopping dentro, e de mercados, gelaterias e restaurantes) e é possivel ir andando para a Fontana de Trevi, para o Pantheon e outros pontos turísticos (uma caminhada que dura cerca de 15 minutos no máximo e ainda te dá a chance de conhecer as ruas de Roma!). Apenas dois poréns: o wifi, de vez em quando, ficava bem ruim e parou de funcionar algumas vezes. Foi necessário entrar em contato com a recepção para que resolvessem. Além disso, o atendimento na parte da manhã não era muito gentil. Vale a pena pelo custo benefício.

Clean, comfy room in Rome.

Well located, close to ( but not too close) Termini Station. Clean, quiet , pleasant space, the little balcony was a plus! Helpful owner always ready with directions erc. Would definitely stay again!
