Well located hotel

We booked the hotel at the last minute. We were really happy with the location and setting. Located in a pretty part of Rome a short stroll from the train station and surrounded by some lovely restaurants. The hotel was a little tired, but the staff were friendly and attentive.

Thank you for your hospitality. Do us all a small favor, work on your breakfast. Cheap jam on wrapped rusks and plain sand cake? We want to walk 7 hills, it takes more than pure sugar. It's so easy and inexpensive to confirm a good impression. Show us what you're made of. Cheers guys!

We liked the fact that it’s located where there’s plenty of restaurants around the hotel. The hotel room was nice except for the foul smell coming from the toilet (kind a like sewer) that we have to open the window at all times.

Friendly service, clean room, close to activities and train station. Allowed early luggage drop off, safe & kept personal pc locked in office. Only complaint . Mattress very hard and limited sink counter space. Would stay again.

My parents and i stayed at the hotel for 3 days. When we got there, I guess is the manager he never even saiy hi. The sink was clogged. After they fixed it stinks. The housekeeper and the person working serving the breakfast are awesome, no complaints about them. Other than that is a nice area, very central, secure....

Do not be fooled by the photos. The room theybwill give you is not the one you are shown. When i went to complain to the management, he yold me too bad. I asked if others have complained that the room was not the same as shown, he said "yes people complain but too bad"

A horrible experience!

We would not recommend this hotel. We arrived on a friday, on the plus side we could check in earlier. But, they could not provied us with extra pillows (the pillows provided were flat). We booked a room with 3 single beds. One of the beds were a dirty futon sofa. We actually heard other guests complain loudly about this at the reception. But, the absolute worst experience came at night when we were getting ready to sleep. We found BED BUGS on the wall. We immediatly went down to the reception to inform the staff. They couldnt provide us another room or refund our payment. The night clerk did not care. We tried to book another hotel but since it was in the middle of the night we didnt find one. Insted we had to stay up all night with the lights on since we found more bed bugs in the sofa bed. We captured one of the bed bugs in a cup and gave it to the reception in the morning. At first they said that it was not a bed bug. But then a manager came and offered us a different room. But we chose to check out, if there is bed bugs in one room it might as well be in other rooms. The shower curtain had mold-stains. But, if they fix the problems with the bed bugs and restore it a litte it might be a better place because is a good location, near Roma Termini.

The hotel was basic but served our needs at this price level. Walking distance to all amenities and sights and within a close proximity to the train station. Fresh linen and towels everyday was nice. Didn't opt for breakfast as there were so many cafes nearby that served our needs.

All’arrivo la prenotazione non risulta: dopo mezz’ora di discussione e di chat, risolviamo il problema, ovvero l’hotel non aveva letto la mail ricevuta. La camera non è quella vista sul sito, ma più piccola, il pavimento è polveroso, in camera manca perfino un appoggio per la valigia. Le camere sono scarsamente insonorizzate e fin dalla prima mattina iniziano rumori e voci nel corridoio.

Pedi um quarto com 3 camas de solteiro. Estive no hotel pela manhã, 8h, e confirmei a reserva para as 3 camas. Ao fazer o checkin e chegar no quarto às 18h era uma cama de casal e 1 sofá cama.
