Lovely hotel, well positioned for a number of Romes landmarks. The staff are excellent, friendly and welcoming. There are a number of great restaurants within a short walking distance and the hotel is close to the tube station. We were able to store our luggage on the day of departure. Fully recommend.

The staff was very kind, the room clean and comfortable the problem was the A/C. I can’t sleep without it. I tried to open the window to refresh the room but the noise outside didn’t let me sleep, also the hotel doesn’t have an elevator so we had to carry our suitcases up and down the stairs. Anyway was an experience and the location it’s excellent!!

It's very well placed for transport around Rome. An interesting and attractive building with friendly and helpful staff. The breakfasts were good. The main problem was that the room was so hot that we couldn't sleep properly for the six nights we stayed. This was because, they said, that apparently the air-conditioning only works seasonally, rather than according to the temperature at the time. There was also a strange smell in our room at the back of the building. It would have been nice to have a kettle for making a hot drink.

We had an outstanding experience during our stay. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel genuinely welcomed and well taken care of. The room was clean (with an addition to daily housekeeping), maintained, comfortable. The whole service throughout the hotel was consistently excellent - friendly and will greet you all the time you pass by the guest service area no matter how many times or any staff that will see you by the hallway or outside the hotel. The overall atmosphere was relaxing and inviting, not too crowded is a plus. It is close to our key locations, like 3-minute walk to Trevi Fountain and other landmarks, making it easy for us to get around and explore the area. We highly recommend this place and would gladly stay again if given a chance.
