Hostel with a great location, the rooms are separate from the bathrooms, the beds are not very comfortable and unfortunately there is no air conditioning in the rooms, only a fan. Reception staff are very kind and helpful.

This place shouldn’t be listed as a Hotel. The lady who is in charge of it is very nice and helpful, but is not a hotel is a hostal. I book 4 nights at this place, it was until a few days before when I noticed that our reservation was for a room with share bathroom, when we got to the “Hotel “ we were so lucky when the lady told us that we were getting a room with our own bathroom. The location is perfect, is very close to de Via Nazionale, Piazza della Repubblic, Basilica Santa Maria and Termini Station. We payed 10 € extra per night to be able to have AC .

No bed bugs or anything like that. The area was a little bit sketchy, but kind of typical for being near the train station in any European city, so not THAT bad- just like a fair amount of homeless people around and stuff like that. I found the check-in process to be kind of awkward and the WiFi didn’t really work (or at least was very unreliable). When I booked the room, the picture showed that I would have a sink and mirror in my room, but my room didn’t actually have the sink and mirror. So just keep in mind that the pictures they show when you’re booking may not be totally representative of what your room is actually like. Also, a cleaner or someone kept coming in my room every day and opening the patio door and curtains but not changing the sheets or anything, which I found kind of weird (would be nice to have a “do not disturb” option). At the end of the day, it’s kind of a “you get what you pay for” kind of place. Like it’s not super nice, but like I said there are no bed bugs or anything like that and it’s a really good location in terms of getting around the city (or taking day trips to other relatively nearby cities like Florence or Naples) since it’s right near the main train station. So I would recommend for a budget traveler, but with those caveats that I mentioned.

Petit hôtel pratique et simple. Accueil très bien et sympa. Mais très bruyant, des portes claquent sans cesse jusqu’à une heure tardive, des malpolis parlent à voix haute dans le hall, tout ça sans aucune réaction du veilleur de nuit. Décevant !

Ett mycket enkelt hotell, vilket var precis vad vi betalade för. Fräscha gemensamma toaletter/duschrum var ett plus. Undvik gärna rummen mot gatan om ni reser under sommaren och vill kunna öppna fönstren på natten.

Très bien reçu dans ce petit hôtel modeste mais fonctionnel tout proche de Termini. Qq problèmes de pression d’eau. Pas de clim. Elle est payante: 10 euros/jour. Personnel attentif. Epiceries et restos à proximité.
