This was a fantastic stay! The rooms were super clean and all of the staff were extremely helpful, attentive, and kind. The B&B is also in a great location. It is extremely close to the Vatican and a few-minute walk from the subway, so it is well-connected to the rest of the city. I will definitely be returning the next time I’m in Rome and highly recommend.

Location, Location , Location. Here you at within 10 minutes of walking distance to St. peter's Basilica and the Vatican Museum. The Metro station is only a couple blocks to travel around Rome as well . The staff are very nice and helpful as well. They provide a map with places to see and recommend good places to eat. They also provide the option for breakfast which is very convenient

For moy family of 5, the layout was perfect. The location was exactly what we wanted and the area around the hotel was great. Plenty of food options and was what we wanted out of Rome. Would book with them again every time.

The host sets the standard for an overall experience and this one was the absolute best. Giulia went above and beyond to make our stay a pleasant one! Early Check In because the apartment was available, Securing Parking in a garage 2 mins. away, just a couple of examples. the location is fantastic and overall a great stay.

Daniel and Giulia were great hosts. They gave us a thorough breakdown of things to do in Rome and recommended places to visit and restaurants to eat at. They gave us tips to navigate Rome and made us feel like home.

Our three day stay at the b and b was great. The staff were awesome and were able to help us no matter what. The room was spacious for three people and very clean. Bed was great nice and big. Breakfast was nicely presented and the croissants were to die for. I recommend anyone to stay here. The b and b is located very close to the Vatican and a short walk from excellent food and drink places.

Our stay was excellent! We are a family of four with two teenagers, and we couldn’t have been happier with our experience. The room had everything we needed, and the room service was great. Daniel was an incredibly friendly and helpful host who went above and beyond throughout our trip. He personally walked us to the correct bus stops and even helped us find dependable tour guides for our Vatican tour, which made our visit so much easier and more enjoyable. Not to mention the delicious complimentary breakfast every morning—it was a wonderful way to start each day! We truly loved everything about this place. The location was perfect, the accommodations were comfortable, and Daniel’s hospitality was exceptional. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

We had a comfortable stay and it’s conveniently close to the Vatican. Giulia, was really helpful on our arrival and took the time to explain the best ways to get around Rome, marked key landmarks on a map, and shared some excellent recommendations for local restaurants. Breakfast was good, my husband liked the coffee. We would definitely stay here again!

Common area is unorganized, with nothing to use there. Unpleasant sight They promised to help with transportation at least a phone number for the taxi l, staff are useless. Beg for a towel , they can only provide a new towel after 3 days. Lift is too old and scary. Regretted to stay in that place.

Clean and well maintained. Eduardo was very helpful. Less than 5 min walk to Vatican. Metro station was about 7 min walk. Lots of places to eat and shop around the hotel. Room AC was super nice in the hot weather. We enjoyed our stay.

The Host is really attentive and on top of everything. The room/ apartment is deeply clean which makes you feel very comfortable. The location is amazing, just 5 minutes walking to the Saint Peter’s Basilica and plenty of restaurants nearby to eat at any time. Definitely we will come back and renting this apartment again.

I cannot overstate how perfect this was!!! Location: Prime, convenient, safe, view was amazing. Close to a metro stop for easy navigating around the city. Short walk to convenience stores and restaurants. Room: Clean, comfortable, air conditioned. No complaints about the bed or bedding. Everything was obviously fresh and well maintained. Absolutely no suspicious smells or stains. Bathroom: Very clean!!! Shower had wonderfully hot water with superb water pressure. Great lighting around the sink area. I didn't expect our room to be serviced during our two night stay, but it was! Nice surprise to come back from a long day and find our room to be tidied. Building: Charming! This would not be suitable for people who have mobility challenges. The elevator is quite old and small. It is fine for typical circumstances, but would not be accessible for people who rely on mobility aids. Also, the doors to the elevator have to but shut just so-so to be operational. Everyone in the building must remember to shut the doors after use, or else the elevator will not come when the call button is pressed. Safety: Very secure! Doorman during the day. Very sturdy entry door locked when doorman leaves, opened by keypad code. Door to BNB suite secure, also accessible by code, same as bedroom door. No questionable happenings. Very quiet. Staff: THEY ARE AMAZING!!! OVER THE TOP HELPFUL!!! They are so accommodating!!! Giulia was the absolute best. 10/10 would stay here again, any time.

Die Unterkunft war in einem tadellosen Zustand als wir ankamen. Die weiteren Tage wurde täglich gründlich gereinigt und alles auf Vordermann gehalten. das Personal war unglaublich nett und hilfsbereit. Die Unterkunft liegt unmittelbar an der Vatikanstadt und ist ziemlich gut zu erreichen. Metro und Busse in verschiedene Richtungen unweit entfernt. Für einen Aufenthalt in Rom wärmstens zu empfehlen.
