The front desk staff was super friendly and helpful. The cleaning staff had clean new towels everyday and clean new sheets. The breakfast was also very good.

No facilities, breakfast has few options (it is American but there are things missing from an American breakfast), food was cold and non heated during the whole duration of breakfast, to eat there were mostly desserts- other options included cereal, cold scrambled eggs, cold bacon, and deli meats; the rest was bread and cakes. No vegan options. Coffee was good. Room was big but furniture is old and neglected. Hotel is 15 min uphill walk to Termini station main entrance.

Meget nedslidt hotel. Ødelagte vægge, gamle huller fra møbler, lamper der ikke virker. Ved ikke hvordan det har fået 4 stjerner. Personalet var til gengæld fantastiske og venlige!

10 mins walk from train station and we enjoyed breakfast. If you’re not comfortable using the metro then will have to take a taxi to get to most attractions. Not walkable

Hotel sympa avec chambre spacieuse

Hotel très sympa, dans le secteur de la gare centrale, pratique si l'on arrive en train de l'aeroport, tout peut se faire à pied en étant un peu sportif, personnel très agréable, chambre très spacieuse

Upon checking in, we discovered multiple issues that made the room uninhabitable, including: • Mattresses with visible holes, which present a potential risk for pests and infestations. • Presence of dead insects in the mattress (including ants and other insects with wings). • Ant infestation. We vacated the room and secured alternative accommodation for the remainder of our stay in Rome. When we informed the receptionist that we were leaving due to these issues, we were told there could be an extra charge for cancellation. This was particularly disappointing, given the room’s unacceptable condition and the fact that it was already paid for. These conditions are a serious hygiene and health concern, far below the standards expected of any four star hotel accommodation.
