"We have stayed at this property many times and love the staff, service and location. Breakfast is great and the toiletries and products are Elemis which are a top of the range brand. We will be back again. This is the third time this year we have stayed at this hotel. "

"It was a good view and had beach right in front basically which was nice. Nice area to walk. didn’t like the fact I couldn’t control AC didn’t respond to controller. Also bed was way to firm not very comfortable. Other then that everything else was nice. "

"This is not a 5 star hotel. Expidea advertised AC in the rooms. They tuned it off because the season is over. When the sun beats on the window its 85 degrees. Now way to cool the room. Advertise they no AC in the off season. Would not have stayed. The beach bar is closed. So is the restaurant. We ate at Romeo and Juliet the first night. No one was there. Empty and the server looked irritated we walked in. After ordering and being served a salad, he left. Went home. Told the bar tender his wife...

"The hotel is nice overall. I was expecting more from a 4 stars hotel. The breakfast was pretty poor. Good air conditioning. If you like a bed mattress very hard, old and covered with a pink sponge this is the place to come. You might even get a free back pain from it."
