"Killeen, we had alot of problems. An electrical glitch caused a big malfunction with the room card in the entire hotel. Every guest had to wait until a staff member use their key fob to allow entry into the rooms while smoke alarms were constantly going off or beeping maybe due to the glitch. At one time, the smoke alarm went off in our room at 3 o'clock in the morning. The walk- in shower glass doors didn't close properly so there was constant water dripping on the floor. We requested to to move to another room because of the smoke alarm constantly beeping. Breakfast was served late due to the fact that it wasn't ready in the morning. And the food was mediocre at best. Apparently several guests are illiterate. Sign clearly states that you are not allowed to take food to your room."

"You know what?I really loved our stay at the thunderbird lodge.I've seen a couple negative reviews. And i may have put three stars on maintenance and useful amenities. But that doesn't mean I didn't enjoy my stay as much as I absolutely could.They had a full kitchen, so we didn't have a grill outside like most cabins . But we had a full kitchen a walk in pantry with two fridges two freezers a ton of shelf space a massive patio ride on the lake?It was absolutely beautiful.The staff was super helpful. Apparently, the grounds are haunted so super fun ."

"This was a great motel, newly remodeled, very clean, friendly staff, and it was near everything. Restaurants nearby were good, a park nearby to walk, retail stores if needed. I would recommend this place and we will definitely stay there again."

"Rooms were clean and property was well maintained. Surprisingly, I had no issues and my stay was pleasant. Thank you!"
