"The English communication not too good and cannot express the essential. The location is far from the airport limo bus stop. It is not easy to drag big luggage to the bus stop without the help of a taxi. The hotel is not too helpful in getting a taxi, we have to do it ourselves, luckily the taxi driver understands our destination. On the whole, the staff are polite. Shower caps are not supplied."

In between the mountains and the train station which was perfect because I went hiking for the 2 days I stayed. I recommend checking out Nunobiki falls and Nunobiki garden. "
