They offer a personal shuttle to the Bus stop or the immediate local arima area. They assisted us with dining reservations for our first night. The dinner and two breakfasts were delicious. "The accomodations and bathing area are a bit worn, but this is reflected with the price. The service is exceptional however, and I really enjoyed the onsen. Onsen is tattoo friendly which I needed. There is a smoking area within the building. It was a nice, traditional experience; the breakfast was particularly interesting. "
