"We arrived late evening, however a staff member was still on site, she was very pleasant and extremely helpful, made us feel “at home”. "I would whole heartedly recommend this hotel as a great place to stay ideally situated for our needs with great access to the countryside and very close to the autobahn. The staff are really helpful and happy, we had to leave early on the last day but they were really accommodating with a slightly earlier breakfast. Food was also amazing."

However a couple things we noticed, after dark there are little to no light sources past the main entrance, the grounds where very dark and interior stairways, making navigation of the stairs up to the guest rooms a bit freaky and difficult. Another recommendation would be to have portable fans available for use inside the guest rooms. "
