"Everything was perfect and up to acceptable standards. There was some smut along the baseboard by the door in the bathroom that was only visible when sitting down on the toilet, so not a problem, but something to look out for."

"This hotel is absolutely amazing — truly top-tier. The view is stunning, especially from the room we stayed in, with a breathtaking mountain view. The pool is excellent, everything is very clean and well maintained, and everything is conveniently located nearby. We stayed with our young child (2 years and 8 months), and had absolutely no issues at all — whether at the pool, in the restaurant, or at the front desk. The staff were very welcoming and family-friendly. Our son especially loved the hot chocolate — we kept coming back to reception for it, and they never once said no. Simply outstanding.
