Lake Louise Inn

Lake Louise Inn

8/10 Good
"Friendly and helpful staff - the hotel is lovely, atmospheric and conveniently located for Lake Louise and the Parks Shuttle. My only complaint would be the size of the double beds - tight for two adults or two teenagers sharing."

"The front desk reception staff were extremely polite, helpful and friendly. Gave us great recommendations and complimentary bear spray which turns out we did not need. The rooftop hot tubs, the proximity to the local transit and downtown banff activities were excellent."

Otter Hotel

Otter Hotel

10/10 Excellent
"Nice modern room, hotel light and good facilities with the outdoor pool or hot baths … not really a pool but very warm and the room was clean with a good shower. compact yes but in the summer it was great winter it might be tighter. we had a balcony that over looked no one which i have seen in other reviews was an issue. i didn’t use the restaurant as there are many places to eat in town, the car park was good and the views are lovely from the outside. Free bus pass was convenient as well. The coffee ordering was an unnecessary faff of ordering via a room service card each day …just put it in the room. overall though i enjoyed my stay here"
