"We absolutely loved our stay here. It’s at the very edge of town so it’s a bit of walking (or the free city bus) to get to the heart of town but we did it several times. The room was really nice and very clean. The staff were very helpful. All the pillows were rock hard and they didn’t have any variety on the beds or with housekeeping to choose from and this did affect our sleep. But the outdoor hot pool and space was very relaxing with a beautiful view. We would definitely stay here again (and bring our own pillows). Beautiful property and room."

"I rented 2 rooms the cleaning people8/15/2026 did not clean room and left the room door opened until we came back from our park tour luckily nothing was missing it took 1.30 hours for the staff to come and review our complaint"

"Great place to land after a long camping trip. Only complaint is the restaurant in the spa which was soooo slow — waited 45 minutes for soup. Otherwise hotel restaurant was great and very friendly as was the welcome staff. Good way to do a full spa day is to book the hotel for the night prior and after. Didn’t even leave property!"
