Rocky Mountains hotel rooms a the Vail Resorts

"Hot water was broke no pressure and handle didn’t work. Was told maintenance would fix that night then didn’t. Talked with them in the morning they said would be fixed in a few hours. Came back after soccer still wasn’t fixed. Then changed rooms and was another kind without a pull out so changed rooms again was two queens with a pullout. Was never contacted by the manager with a discount. Not handled that well!!"

"Kitchen was fully equipped, however the cleanliness was unsatisfactory since there was a dead wasp on the bed when we came, dusty and had to request for a cleaning staff to sweep the crumbs on the floor when we checked in. "
