"We stayed here on our last night of our Banff trip. The room was very spacious compared to the other hotels we stayed at during our trip. Everything was clean. They provided robes but they weren't the softest. They also provided free bus tickets which we didn't get to take advantage of but I thought that was a fantastic perk. They also provided Sudden Sally ground coffee and Jolene's tea upon check in which was also very nice. I did find it a bit strange that they didn't provide washcloths and we had to call the front desk to request some. The hotel consists of 3 buildings and they have connector hallways which is nice however trying to find the building/parking lot in the evening was hard since the area wasn't well lit nor was there good signage for Building B. Overall enjoyed our stay here and would stay again."
