"I had a decent stay at the Sheraton. I arrived later in the evening due to a schedule conflict, so I missed out on all the cool amenities the hotel offers, but overall it was a comfortable experience. The room was a little dusty, but still within standard hotel cleanliness. The staff was friendly and welcoming from the moment I walked in. Chris and the young woman at the front desk were exceptional! What truly stood out was not being rushed during checkout. That was a first for me, and I appreciated it more than I expected. I did need help with my bags, but my room phone didn’t seem to be working. I let the front desk know I needed a few extra minutes to gather the rest of my things, and they were very lenient and understanding. I was disappointed that the pool was closed, especially since that was the main reason I booked this location. My only real gripe was the convention happening on the day of checkout ... it made things a bit chaotic and definitely pushed on my anxiety. Otherwise, no major complaints. A comfortable stay with standout staff and a surprisingly relaxed checkout experience. Fridge and microwave in room, a plus!"
