What a beautiful hotel and amazing staff. I was staying there for a wedding and we arrived on a warm spring day. When we got into our room it was a bit stuffy and warm so I turned the AC on but it wasn’t working. So I rang the front desk and they said they will send someone to take a look. The man who checked us in arrived and gave a new set of keys and upgraded us to a suite with no extra charge! It was a very kind thing to do. The suite was amazing, the bed was very comfy with SiX pillows and the bedroom had blackout shades which is my favorite ! The combo with the amount of pillows and black out shades makes me extremely happy along with the amazing customer service and super friendly staff! I highly recommend this hotel!

Great Inn, walkable area surrounding the property with nice views. Parking isn’t great and there wasn’t a valet available. Room was cozy and comfortable and dining at the inn was convenient and upscale.

The room was clean and relatively well appointed. Bed was very comfortable as were bed linens. However, we stayed three nights and our room was never cleaned. And, the room across from us had a dog that barked literally every waking minute keeping us awake. We complained the first day and were told the desk staff was aware of the problem but yet nothing was one about it! This lasted thursday - sunday. It was unbearable and i felt so bad for the dog!

Great little inn

Wonderful hotel...newly renovated. Great breakfast at the Tavern, dinner would have been great too. Room was very spacious and beds comfortable. Really liked the decore sort of modern colonial. Fresh cookies at the desk and got to grab a glass of wine from the bar to take to the room. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Id stay again if ever in Middletown!
