"The hotel is in a great location with plenty of restaurant and shopping options and so close to Nashville and Opryland. It was quiet and peaceful in my clean comfy room. "

"Relatively less expensive location so didn’t expect excellence, but the property is in need of minor repairs and the cleaning staff are not very careful. There is also a fair amount of street noise and noise from other people staying there."

"The room, property and staff were great! Even the bed was comfortable. However, the complementary breakfast was terrible. Eggs were straight water and cold, sausage was cold and French toast sticks were not even worth looking at. Very few plates, cups or silverware. I understand why it’s free/included in the room price. "

"Check-in staff was unfriendly and not very helpful, which made for a poor first impression. The room and property were great overall. Breakfast was just okay, as they ran out of several items early, but the breakfast staff was very nice."

"Great hotel for a weekend stay. We did have a stopped up sink, but we notified the front desk and it was fixed the next day. Overall not bad, bed was clean, room in general was clean. Probably could use some minor updates. "
