"My flight was delayed so I unexpectedly had to pick a hotel to stay. I am so glad I chose this one. It is close to the airport. The shuttle was there when I walked out. I was checked in within 5 minutes and then went to the restaurant where I had a delicious meal. The decorations throughout the hotel were very pretty and I felt relaxed after a seven hour flight delay. "

"The housekeeping staff were very nice and helpful. Even the staff at the front desk, breakfast area was always well kept, no food on the floor or counters. Even the sitting area for breakfast well kept. "

"The staff was great and very friendly; however, the room itself was disappointing. We were placed in a handicap-accessible unit with a very small shower and a shower curtain, which was not ideal. The bigger issue was that the shower drain was clogged. Within seconds of turning on the water, there was over an inch of standing water around our ankles. I reported this immediately and was told maintenance would be coming, but from check-in to check-out, no one ever came to address the issue. Additionally, we were charged twice for the room and are still waiting for the second charge to be refunded."
