"The property was difficult to get to - road conditions are not good. Upon arrival no one answered the door so we were forced to stay in our car that evening because we could not find another hotel. We called and called and tried knocking on door etc. very bad service. We have requested a refund and have not heard back. "

"A family run operation with limited facilities, tight parking, home cooking nice but limited, pool is not heated, old stone building charming and interior has modern update including heat pump. Some dining options in town not far, but mostly it's about quiet get away and making trips to other sites."

"We chose this hotel as it had excellent reviews, and was in the centre of the old town. It also has it's own carpark. However, the room was small and very basic. The doorway into the bathroom was very low so had to duck in and out (I'm 5'6"). The shower was also small so we'd bang our elbows when washing, and the shower gel came in sachets which are hard to open. We were only there for 2 nights, but if it had been a longer trip, would prefer to stay at a different hotel. The breakfast was a...
