"I was disappointed with my recent stay. I purchased a suite, but in hindsight, it was not worth the additional cost given the overall experience.
The cleanliness of the room was concerning, particularly the shower area, which did not appear to have been cleaned properly prior to my arrival. The room was also inadequately stocked, with only one drinking glass provided for the entire suite.
Another inconvenience was the ice service. Instead of having access to an ice machine or proper container, I was handed a bag of ice at the front desk, which leaked all the way back to my room.
I also paid for breakfast, but many of the items were not replenished during service. Guests should not have to pay for a meal only to find limited or unavailable options.
To make matters more frustrating, signage throughout the property indicated that outside food was not permitted.
Overall, the experience did not meet expectations for the price paid. There are several opportunities for improvement, particularly regarding cleanliness, guest amenities, food service, and overall hospitality."
