"The space/amenities in the room were great but not the cleanest. There was also no air conditioning or even a fan and no screens on the windows so having them open left the room covered in bugs. The location was central but did not appear the safest. Also, it stated there was a car park but staff said only on street parking."

The issue was with housekeeping and responsiveness: We were disturbed twice, at around 5pm, by staff wanting to clean our room. The first time she knocked, then immediately let herself in. Luckily, we were dressed. I think it's important to point out, due to pivacy issues. We asked for toilet paper, and waited over 30 minutes before we had to ring down to reception again. Despite these, on the grand scale of things, rather small issues, we really enjoyed our stay."

"The hotel is in a great location. Just a 5 minute walk to Petite France and 10 minutes from the train station. The staff was excellent and made many great recommendations. The breakfast was delicious with a great variety of selections."
