We loved this hotel. Great location, amenities, nice outdoor area to have a glass of wine. Shares building with a fine wine shop and an epicerie. Exceptional staff who were very helpful when our return train tickets were canceled last minute. This hotel made our trip very special - will definitely return!

The hotel was clean and tidy and the staff were friendly and welcoming. The hotel was very centrally located and everything around Strasbourg city centre was easily within walking distance. The hotel doesn’t have parking but the public car park was just across the road and was safe and secure. Overall the hotel was in a great location, clean, tidy and comfortable.

Perfect location to explore Strasbourg. The hotel is quirky but is looking a little tired in some areas. It was over 30 Celsius when we were there and the air conditioning was struggling to keep up as we were in an attic room on the 4th floor.

Centrally located.

Parking was public multi storey and with discount €18 a day. Lots of steps from car park and within hotel (wheelchair user). Needed to use room service first night but QR code wouldn't work so couldn't see menu - reception advised only reheated meals available (no restuarant) but was able to order takeaway. Wine was €12 a glass (noting couldn't go out for anything cheaper!). Room was lovely, air con as standard. No iron. No smart TV.

We stayed in a suite here for two nights. We arrived early and were able to drop off our luggage. Our room was ready an hour before check in and our bags were already brought up. It is a small hotel and the staff is friendly and attentive. If you have Mobility issues I would not recommend as even with the elevator you need to do some stairs and steps up. The hotel is dated but cute and comfortable and in a very convenient location, though not on a noisy or too busy a street. I would stay here again in Strasbourg.

Hotel Beaucour is the perfect location if you are driving to Strasbourg. It is just outside of the city center so parking garages are easier to find. It’s truly only a 5-10 min walk to get to the cathedral. The staff were friendly and helpful and the decor was cute and welcoming.

Excellent location just outside the old city with convenient car access and a city parking garage across the street. Hotel itself is charming and beautifully decorated. Helpful, English-speaking staff. Good breakfast buffet. We stayed in a two-level spa suite which was spacious and apartment like. Very good experience/

Old world charm, updated property

This was a very quaint and delightful hotel in the heart of the old city, very conveniently located. The staff were absolutely wonderful and went out of their way to help a couple of Americans. We will def be back here!!

The staff was wonderful! Very polite, attentive, and knowledgeable of the local area to give us tips. The room was perfect, very spacious and comfortable. The location couldn’t be better. It is within walking distance to whatever you want to see or do in Strasbourg. The auto park house is literally across the street! Awesome!

The Hotel Beaucour is very charming and well put together, comfortable, clean and close to the old city and all its sights and sites. Our room was spacious and attractive. The washroom was particularly large and well planned. The receptionist was friendly and helpful and we particularly liked the grounds, the comfy lounge and the parrot. We would definitely stay at this hotel again if we ever get back to Strasbourg.

Great Location and friendly staff! The hotel does not have handicap accommodations. It is a boutique-type hotel with a structure that, in a lot of aspects, creates an unsafe situation. A member of our group fell on a half-step at the elevator landing on the first floor and broke her foot. The step should not have been there. It defeats the purpose of using an elevator to get your luggage to the room if you have to lift it again to get to the hallway leading to the rooms. No warning signs. The rooms with the whirlpool bath do not have a shower, just the high tub, which creates a challenge for most people to get in and out safely. You can skip breakfast and go across the street and buy fresh fruit and pastries. All communication for prior check-in or asking for feedback is emailed in French only. If feedback is solicited, it should be in one of the most common languages.
