"The lazy river is really well done. The only issue I have is the safety of the indoor pool floor. Each one of us slipped without doing anything strenuous or dangerous. Make sure that you have your little ones walk with you at all times in the pool area. "

"It was my first time staying at this property. I really enjoyed the location, as it was centeal to all activities and dining in Gatlinburg. I enjoyed the staff. Any and all interactions , they were polite and friendly and helpful. The parking was okay and not as difficult as I imagined from reading other reviews, however, the garage does fill up. The beds were comfortable and the pool was great. The only cons were the pillows and the coffee. Each bed had four pillows and they were small and mostly flat. I travel with my own, so it was okay. Lastly, the coffee. I am not a coffee snob, but i do enjoy my coffee. This coffee was no good. I used two bags in the small pot in the room which made it a bit better, but overall, I did not care for it. These were small, quite fixable issues. Overall, it was a good place to stay and I plan on staying again on my next trip back. "

"We have two adult children and one minor. This was a last minute stay. The family suite was perfect for us. We were able to sit and eat dinner together, two bathrooms was nice for a quicker getting ready for the day, plenty of bed so our kids could have their own beds. The pool was warm and enjoyable. The big kids loved the slide. "

"The breakfast is always delicious and they keep things stocked. Pools clean and always friendly people on staff. I specifically went out of my way to stay again on my way home!"

"Came with family. 4 kids ages 4-15 and 4 adults. Everyone had a great time. Lots to do close by. Staff was all great. Hotel is clean and well maintained. Highly recommend."
