"First room 2016 wasn’t even ready sheets were throwing on the floor. So we had to go back down so they can change are room. Room 2018 toilet wasn’t working after 2 flushes the float or pump went out. So I had go down stair to tell receptionist we were stepping out for the night if they can have it fixed they never attended to it. When we had to flush we had to fill up the trash can and poor water into the toilet so it can flush it self. Most ghetto hotel ever. "

"Hotel is in a great location but the hotel is a little outdated and lacks cleanliness. First thing we found was a plate of leftovers in the mini fridge. Later that evening we found a little towel that was soiled. Not to mention everything at the hotel is really pricey. "

"This is my go-to place! Great hotel and rooms. Was really disappointed with cleanliness of the floor in my room. Advised the front desk."

"Bathroom and tub were dingy, tub had paint flecking off. Bugs on the blinds, large tree roaches. Electricity went out mid-night, and never came back on in the whole building, had to prepare for the day by flashlight/shower in the dark. Morning staff was helpful, offered free orange and apple juice to the kids for the inconvenience."

"The first time we stayed, the room was clean (109), shower/bathroom needs to be updated (rusty), bed was comfortable and I found it strange that they don't provide soap to wash your hands/body with. The second stay was not good. Room#204 no soap (again), half a roll of toilet paper was left for us to use with no spare (I had to ask for more), shoe prints were all over the floor area, shower/bathroom needs updates, and dog ticks on the property."

"Unfortunately, our stay was disappointing due to the poor cleanliness and maintenance of the room. * The bathroom condition was bad — the sliding shower door was not fixed properly. * The toilet bowl was shaking and felt unstable. * Tables in the room were dirty. * The carpet was very dirty. My son walked around barefoot, and his feet turned black afterward. * The microwave was not cleaned. * The fridge had food stains and was dirty. Overall, the room cleanliness and maintenance did not meet expectations. Breakfast was good"
