"I selected this hotel based on the photos and descriptions provided on the Expedia site. Once I checked in and gained admittance to the suite, I discovered it was shabby, broken furniture and dirty. I went back to the desk and said given the condition of the suite, I didn’t want to stay and asked for a refund. Desk person told me OK they would cancel and refund my money. A day later I saw the charge and received an email from the hotel telling me they would not refund my money. Expedia shouldn’t publish fake info! Beware of this hotel."
