"The room was clean and housekeeping would clean up very nicely. The staff were so friendly, helpful and nice. The staff from the restaurant sal & pimienta (Claudia, Linda and Rhenata) did an amazing job. A shout out to the Japanese restaurant staff too for making my birthday so memorable. Thanks to Paquel, Carlos and the rest of the staff for an amazing time. The reception staff made my check in and checked out so well. The poolside always clean 👌 I love this hotel and would recommend it."

"Overall, my stay had some significant frustrations, but the staff helped make the experience better. The biggest issues were with maintenance. My room door stopped working, and I had to wait about 30 minutes for someone to come fix it. Later, my air conditioner also stopped working, which was disappointing. I also found the resort confusing to navigate, the beach access was very small, and the prices in the souvenir shop were extremely overpriced. On the positive side, the staff were excellent—friendly, professional, and always willing to help. I especially want to recognize Gabriela from housekeeping. When my door stopped working, she immediately got on the radio and contacted every available channel to get someone to my room as quickly as possible. Her sense of urgency, dedication, and willingness to help made a huge difference. Gabriela, thank you for going above and beyond—you are amazing! While the resort has areas that need improvement, employees like Gabriela are a true asset and deserve recognition."

"I think this porperty has so much potential, yet the staff and maintainence are soing a horrendous job… They don’t stand up to give youbdirections or put any effort. The areas are anlittle worn down and also there are so many noices around, they knocked on my door at 6 am to see if I was still there… Anyway. Not worth it pay a little extra ho somewhere else"

"Clean room and property! Ninfa at the front desk was absolutely great! Great location away from the noisier side of town. The only thing that wasn’t so great was the lack of hot water for showering. Sometimes there would randomly be a few minutes of hot water."

"The Conrad Punta de Mita is a gorgeous property. All aspects of our stay were excellent. Food was quite good, staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious and the concierge service was a lovely bonus. Checking in and checking out was seamless. It's a great place to relax and the pools were many and quite large. Only two small complaints were that 1) the king bed we had was quite firm, which isn't my preference, but I'm quite sensitive. And 2) not all the restaurants were open every day, but it was low season, so I suspect this is probably necessary as the hotel was not very full. No other complaints whatsoever."
