"The hotel is gorgeous and well maintained. However, the rooms were outdated and we didn't get enough towels for the family we had to request them. The buffet is average, I was hoping for more authentic mexican variety. The beach, pools and overall property itself is amazing and the family really enjoyed their time."

"The property is beautiful, but there’s room for improvement in green areas with the landscaping. Unfortunately, the beach was filled with mountains of Sargazzo. The breakfast place was the same menu for the seven days we stayed there and same for lunch. It would be nice if every day of the week they would have a different menu. The quality of the food is good if you’d like to eat the same thing every day. The dinner was the highlight in regards to food. Mostly once a day we would be handed a tablet and asked to put a Google review at the end of our meal. The service the waiters provided was overall great. I noticed only two waitress in all the restaurants we went for that week. The entertainment is basically nonexistent. It would be nice if at least two or three times a week they would have had live music. Besides the lobby bar open, there’s nothing else. Don’t waste your time to go to presentations of their resort and timeshares. The math does not add up and you’re confined to specific hotels. It’s a Shark Tank and they will make it so appealing. If you get a paradise pass with the discount price it’s at the expense of a discounted room. I went with friends who had a paradise pass, and they got a room that was farther from the action in the second level with no views due to the palm trees compared despite being half full. At the end, you get what you pay for. The spa is quite small, but the service is good. There’s a good size Gym open 24 hours. Wont go again. 1x and done"

"Transportation was awful. One from my party slipped on a spilled liquid in lobby. It was reported to Citlalli and they seemed to careless. Wanted to document in case of fracture and they made a call and said no manager was available."

"From the lobby to all the amenities and the employees, we had an amazing stay. The sargassum is real and prevented us from getting in the ocean, unfortunately. Besides from that, the white sand beach and the pool, the activities they provide, all restaurants are great. The Italian in our option is by far the best, by the way. We’d definitely recommend it and go back there."
