Bahia Principe Explore Tulum - Hyatt Inclusive Collection - All Inclusive
10/10 Excellent
"Bahia Principe Grand Tulum exceeded every expectation for our family vacation. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how impeccably clean the entire property is kept. The staff throughout the resort are absolute professionals—attentive, friendly, and always eager to help with a smile. The absolute highlight of our stay was the Kids Club. Travelling with our 7-year-old, we have visited several resorts, but the Kids Club here is easily one of the best we’ve ever experienced. The coordinators do a phenomenal job keeping the children safe, entertained, and engaged. You can leave your kids for the full day if you wish, and the staff will even bring them to lunch as a group, giving parents total peace of mind and time to relax. A particularly special touch was that they invited the kids to participate in the main evening stage shows if they wanted to join in—our child was thrilled to be part of the performance! The night entertainment was top-tier every single evening, featuring talented performers and impressive production value. To top it all off, the food was amazing throughout the entire resort, offering excellent variety and outstanding flavor across the options. We had a fantastic experience and highly recommend Bahia Principe Tulum to any family looking for a clean, fun, and seamless vacation!"
TRS Yucatan Hotel - Adults Only - All Inclusive
10/10 Excellent
"Staff was great!! Waiters are attentive and butlers are there whenever you have a question. My only complaint is sometimes the golf cart transportation takes a while."
Catalonia Riviera Maya Resort and Spa All Inclusive
8/10 Good
"Very clean resort with many things to do. Room was very nice and air-conditioning worked great. We were upgraded to a bigger room for some reason I am not aware of but I did not complain. I always need a cool/cold room when sleeping and this definitely fit the bill. Deck was also nice too and was quite big. Restaurants were nice and clean. You definitely need to book all the restaurants in advance as they fill up quickly. The booking website could use some better work as it was hard to cancel and change reservations. Pools were nice and cleaned every morning. Beach was maintained as best as possible every morning given the bad seaweed season. The beach is not the best but you can snorkel and see many fish. On some days, there was no seaweed at all. Staff is very friendly and willing to help as much as possible. Bars were plentiful with a lot of seating. We didn't upgrade to the privileged status, but the selection was okay. Nightly shows were great and entertaining. Be sure to show up early. All in all in was a great resort. Not sure why there are so many negative reviews. I have been to over 30+ all-inclusive resorts throughout Central America and this was by no means in the bottom half of lower 75%. The only negative is how far it is from the airport; its about an hours drive from Cancun/airport. So if you are booking any excursions that are in Cancun or leave from Cancun, be prepared to spend at least an hour or 2 in the car."

"The Staff was amazing and super helpful. Alfonso in the World Cafe was amazing and remebered our names and preferences from the first day we met. Luisa in the preferred club was super helpful with multiple requests we had and made us feel very welcome."
