Check out was at 11am. We were dressing etc. When room service tried to enter. It was only 8:30ish at the time. Also, they were seriously under staffed. We were dining on the patio and only the bartender was working the dining room, banquet room and the patio. He was running. He was amazing

Absolutely beautiful Christmas decorations that lived up to all the hype. The room was nicely appointed and every single staff, from traffic control to the front desk were exceptionally customer service oriented and welcoming. We will be returning next year!

The front desk staff is awesome and the rooms are huge and have a lot of amenities. We did have a terrible problem with the motion sensor light and the front desk staff had no idea how to help us -- it came on every time we moved and woke us up all night.
