"Staff was helpful, breakfast was fine. Scrambled eggs were actually pretty good! Hotel was being renovated so some areas had evidence of work in progress (elevators needed sweeping, etc) and our newly renovated room had no curtains (but did have a light blocking shade) no carpet, no pictures on the wall, very sterile looking. And oddly there were a few ants on our night tables. I suspect some of these issues are temporary. FYI Outside in the back of the hotel there was an attractive pool area."

"The hotel offers breakfast for $15.00 per person. We didn't eat there, so I can't say if it had a good variety of options. Location is great!! There are lots of restaurants and stores to visit within walking distance. We got a free voucher for a drink at their bar. It was an excellent choice to stay in Hot Springs. "

"The air conditioner worked amazing!!! It about froze us out of the room it got so cold. I felt comfortable and safe going from my room to my car, or walking down to the office to do my laundry. The office is nice, it's clean and welcoming the washing machine and dryer however it's a waste of money! $2.00 per load when the be washer doesn't sufficiently r wash the clothes, and the dryers are useless! I put a small load of my babies clothes in and out took 3 cycles to some what dry them and when I advised the front desk of it the guy said it's not his fault and I need to pay more!!! "
