"After a long seven-hour train ride from Milwaukee, Wisconsin, and arriving in my hotel after 10:00pm an efficient and warm welcome is just what I needed. Eve in the front desk delivered! :-) She was kind, friendly, professional and very efficient at checking me in. Going above and beyond to ensure my needs were met. I would definitely be staying at this hotel again with this kind of service. Please be sure to give her the recognition and appreciation she deserves. Additionally, my room was very clean, and comfortable."

"The holet was clean and close to alot of shops and restaurant. It close to MOA and the Edgan outlet mall. My only one complain was the shower pressure was not that great this could use a upgrade, but other then that this hotel is very nice. We will stay here again!!"
