This hotel is in a fantastic downtown Minneapolis location with excellent transit options, making it a quick trip over to the State Capitol building. The front desk team was absolutely amazing, welcoming, helpful, and highly professional. Unfortunately, the physical condition of the property did not match the great service. The shower in my room was very dated, and the hallway carpet on my floor had visible water damage and was lifting. The staff is wonderful, but management needs to address these aging facilities.

Lots of bad reviews for this place but we loved it. Room was great staff was great even got us into our room way early. Breakfast well it's $16 is it worth it not really but it was edible and the convenience of it being right there worked for us. We would stay there again for sure. Lot of wonderful restaurants nearby too.

When I booked it said breakfast included for myself and family but it was not included. Breakfast was 16 a pc per person. I believe kids under 12 was 10 or 12 a pc. Room was clean however could use some updates in room 668. The staff was friendly. Have to pay for parking 22 a night in parking garage however you can leave but for 26 you can come and go as you please. Over all it was a pleasant stay.

Room overall was okay. However, it was bad hospitality. There was an event going on and their noise level was way overboard. No respect to others guests. We were on the 9th floor and the we heard them partying all through midnight. Hotel is a place for us to rest and to have some quiet time, not having to hear music all night. We will not be back at this location. First and last, as there's no respect for the guests who paid for a place that's suppose to allow guest to rest, but that did not happen. Should've made the room sound proof if you are going to put a banquet room in the hotel that people are going to be partying and distributing other guests.
