I asked the lady in the front if I could have something in the front and downstairs it was going to be hard for me to go upstairs. I had to leave because she’s not accommodate me whatsoever."

"They need total makeover of this motel as far as motel amenities and the customer service representatives. They have no microwaves in the rooms but do have one in the lobby but tenants are not allowed to use it. Then they have a vending machine but they have to access it for. Then the customer service representatives are rude. A representative had an attitude because i asked why am i always being charge a small fee of 50 cent to a dollar everytime i book via hotels.com "
