"The staff was very polite and helpful. Alot of upgrades needed in this hotel. Our first room had a broken tv and ac didn't work so we were given another room. The second room was much smaller and had issues as well. We were coming in from another trip so we were too exhausted to move to another room. We tolerated it for the few days since they weren't major. AC and tv worked so we were fine. It's likely we won't make our way back. :("

"the electricity went out but came back on, but I was without tv and wifi for 2 days and when I asked the front desk staff about it he had a attitude and told me he doesn't know what to tell me I will have to wait until the morning shift comes in and see if they can fix it. I wasn't offered a partial refund or discount on my next stay, wasn't even given an apology"
