It was a nice place to stay in! Staff was friendly and it was nice/quiet. My only issue was the bed, felt a little uncomfortable for my back but maybe it was just me. Other than that, great stay!

Great location at I-35 and Parmer. Other Marriott properties within 1 block. Great price for a unit with a full kitchen. New and nicely finished. Hot breakfast is very nice.

Nice room, no waffles

Clean room, friendly staff. Only two issues: cable TV only had 2-3 channels and breakfast did not have waffles. We’ve always had waffles in the past at Residence Inn.

Very clean hotel

Room and service was good, clean, friendly, and better than expected. My only complaint was the 110$ nonrefundable pet fee. It felt excessive. I have two well behaved, clean dogs.

comfortable and half the price of Downtown

The Austin Parmer/Tech Ridge Residence Inn was clean, quiet, and comfortable--and half the price of the Residence Inn Downtown. The outdoor pool is small but nice. Breakfast buffet had no waffle maker, only rock hard 4 inch diameter premade waffles, but the cereal, danish, etc. were fine.
