"The hotel was in an ideal location with a 5 mins walk to Puerta Del Sol & Gran Villa and 10 mins to Plaza Mayor. The hotel was very clean. Rooms were excellent. Every staff member was very friendly and helpful, the breakfast was amazing as well. Very pleasantly surprised. Would 100% return. "

"Mattress was uncomfortable. It does not match a great hotel such as the Emperador. Same goes for lack of light in the bathroom area. As for the rest, this hotel is a beautiful, well loccated property with an excellent staff."
