"Reception staff kind and helpful. Clean and tidy building and foyer. Apartment a bit tired in need of some repair in kitchen and more lighting in bathroom. Glassware not nice at all and crockery basic Comfortable stay though. Great bed and pillows. No umbrella or bottle opener.,very close to Wesley Hospital but a walk up "cardiac" hill for a few minutes no good if knee, back or mobility issues. "

"We chose this property because we were visiting a close family member in Ipswich hospital. The property was amazing, staff were engaging & helpful, the room was clean and spacious and only a short drive to local shops and restaurants. The only thing I was disappointed with was there was no lift to take us up to the floor where we were staying, otherwise everything else was beautiful. "

"It would have been helpful to know how and where to get into the parking garage with the key ring, I had to figure it out. The dryer did not work, and they could not fix it. The floors were pretty dirty, and there was no body was and shampoo in either bathroom. The hood above oven does not like to stay closed. "

"Great hotel and excellent location. Staff were fabulous and so helpful. We had a late flight so they offered a late check out with no charge and use of the hotel facilities until we left for the airport, this was all offered without asking ! The rooms and bathroom is clean and large. The rooftop terrace restaurant and pool is a bonus. Will definitely stay here again."
