O local é bom, perto de supermercado, restaurantes, uma quadra da praia e uns 10 minutos andando até o metrô, na cozinha não tinha o básico para lavar louça, não tinha fosforo para acender o fogão e o botão eletrico para ligar o fogão não funcionava, a louça que tinha lá guardada, estava cheio de mofo, como se estivesse la a muito tempo sem nenhum cuidado, no banheiro não tinha pano de chão nem toalha de rosto e nem lixeira para jogar o papel higienico fora, as camas são confortáveis, porém os lençóis bem finos para o frio que faz, tirando esses detalhes, o prédio é silencioso, localização boa, se for passar o dia na rua e voltar só para dormir, vale a pena.

El lugar es muy agradable pero faltaban detalles como adaptadores de enchufes, trapo de piso. Cosa uno no compra por 10 dias de estadía. Vasos, jarra para,calentar agua y no hay agua caliente en la cocina. Por lo demás el departamento es muy lindo

El lugar es excelente la ubicacion fantástica a una cuadra de la playa y los días que nos tocaron uno mejor que el otro muy seguro para caminar de noche en la playa los bares fantásticos la verdad un experiencia formidable
