"The staff are lovely and the location is great
The rooms are dated and need refurbishment. The bed was uncomfortable and the king size bed was covered with two small sheets rather than one big one.
The sink had a big crack in it. I wouldn’t have sold that room with that sink.
There’s a lot of noise from restaurant patrons leaving and the people in the rooms above made a lot of noise at 2am.
The restaurant is amazing and made up for the room. However, breakfast on the weekend is from 8am...

"Geplant war eine Übernachtung für 3 Nächte. Leider waren wir gezwungen worden nach einer schrecklichen Nacht abzureisen. Das Zimmer war sehr dreckig, gar nicht wie auf den Bildern dargestellt. Es hat drin gestunken und im Badezimmer ist die Wandfarbe runter gefallen. Es gab Schimmel in jeder Ecke und das Bett hatte ein nicht vorhandenes Lattenrost welches auf Schrauben lag. "Brilliant hotel. It's the second time I have stayed there. Always a pleasure! The breakfast was amazing! Great mini bar. I did not have time to try the pool in the end, as I went to Vita Sol. Next time! The first receptionist was lovely, very welcoming. The second one was not so good, but all in all 10 out of 10. The hotel could do with a slight revamp as it's showing its age, worn carpets etc. But still a great hotel
Great view from the balcony. Near to the Kurpark & Vita Sol. Pretty amazing really. The staff all work hard
