"Clean room and hotel"

"Helpful courteous staff from front of house to a cheerful morning greeting from the room cleaner in the corridor. Breakfast selection very good although larger mugs for tea needed!"

"Friendly and happy staff, new beds, with having a Miller and Carter steakhouse within walking distance. Wide open lounge and relaxing area both upstairs and down. Spacious rooms. Downside - no lifts (pun intended), no small fridge, older and squeaky doors. "

"The hotel is well placed in the town centre with a car park right next door, priced at £8 for 24 hours, very reasonable. Park on the lower floor for direct access to the hotel. We were extremely pleased with the spaciousness of the room. The bed was comfortable and the TV huge for a hotel room. The bathroom too was large. There was plentiful tea, coffee and milk. The breakfast was well varied, well-maintained and all was clean. Improvements that I would suggest. Please provide a hand towel as well as bath towels. Please provide two spare pillows, not just one. Lighting in the room is not really sufficient for things like styling hair. A light above the mirror would really help. Things out of the hotel's control, the person in the neighbouring room trying the connecting door- a bit disconcerting. People returning at 4am speaking at the top of their voices, very inconsiderate."
