"Hotel pool was green and grimy, never cleaned out or covered during winter season. Elevator was broken for my floor so had to use the stairs to take my luggage upstairs."

"Don't go here! The lady at the front was totally unprofessional. And after we figured out that my second room was booked for the next night and yesterday she said to come down in about 2 hours so she could talk to her manager and they could cancel it for me without any charge, low and behold this morning they proceeded to tell me that they are charging me for the roomi didn't even get to stay on! And that doesn't even top it of, my daughter that stays in town and my other daughter that lives four hours away from Oklahoma City and their families came to see me and she wanted to charge me for them swimming in the swimming pool. Then came to my room and told me my guests could only visit for an hour then they had to leave. I got into it with the front desk this morning and called corporate And let them know how unprofessional and rude they were and that I would never stay there anytime I come back to the city!! "

"The lobby and restaurant area were very nice and clean. But our room was in need of total remodel - holes in the wall tears in the carpet and stains all over the carpet. The vanity in the bathroom was nice but the shower was in need of remodel. Staff were very nice and very helpfull. Food from restaurant was good and drinks at the bar were good."

"Staff argued with me and talked down to me. Saying every hotel did the extra charge. None of the other hotels I stayed in did. I won't be back here again"

"Rooms were bad smelled like dog pee badly we ask to change room they had none then at night there was a leak from upstairs floor pouring into our room no one to fix it and just dog poop all over our side on front grass homeless ever where. Breakfast good. Front desk staff were great "

"A good breakfast with eggs, sausage and biscuits and gravy both days. The interior of building was dated, but solid a nice atrium with indoor plants sort of like a poor man’s Embossy suites. My room was large and square and had a separate living area from the bedroom."
