Housekeeping could have been a bit better, as used cups and glasses in the room weren’t washed or replaced regularly, and toilet rolls weren’t replenished until there was about 5 sheets left!. "We booked into the apartments on Boxing Day ,had to wait a few hours for the keys when we got in there we turned around and left ,I have never in my life seen such a dirty ,damp and dam right disgusting room took the keys back and phoned you to sort my refund back"
