They advertised a private plunge pool for each room, they was not only no. Plunge pool but not even a bath. They advertised a kitchen, yet they stove was not working, which meant we couldn't cook all the food we'd brought with us. We were very upset and highly disappointed. "What I like 1. Sheltered walkway to MRT station. 2. Quite a number of shops at below, also have 7-eleven cafe too. What I dislike 1. The windows are faulty, unable to close and lock. 2. Water dripping at below basin. 3. Could not adjust the volume of TV. The smart TV do not have youtube. 4. Both the air-con are not cold. 5. Shower cream and shampoo are not top up."

"This place is awful. Every bed has stains on the sheets. Some have blood, others dirt. Our son's bed has sand in it. The bathrooms are dirty - there is mold growing in the showers, and the toilets haven’t been cleaned. The glass shower doors are filthy. The rags for the kitchen: were hard and crusted on the kitchen counter where they were left to dry. The kitchen sponge is at least 8 months old. It’s disgusting. "It was a pretty decent hotel, comfortable and big room. The walls were thick but there was some very noisy guests, but that's not the hotel's fault. However, the location was not very convenient, there's a big highway right in front of it and the only way to cross was a walkway that was about 500m from the hotel. Also, not a whole lot to see in the surrounding area."
